Gone in twice for beat seat latch,(back seat doesn't lock.) I have 2 kids, I need that latch. They didn't have the part in stock so they order the part.

So I got call a day later, saying to coming in, will put in the part 30 min. OK went in in guess what they loss the part. so now i got to go in again when they find the part (when they find.) Now thats what you call bad service. You can complain to the service manager, he dont care he drives a mercedez.

so here i am waiting.
